Renewal Calendar
Our membership dues run for 12 months from joining, instead of a January – December schedule. Please respond to your annual renewal notification as promptly as possible to ensure your continued membership.
Membership Form and Instructions
Once your application is submitted and approved, your membership will be activated, and you’ll receive access to CHESSA member benefits right away—even if payment (via ACH or credit card) is still being processed.
If paying by credit card, payment is processed immediately. For ACH payments, your invoice will include instructions, and we ask that payment be completed within 30 days. Once approved, the primary contact and sub-members will receive a confirmation email, and we’ll do our best to get you added to relevant committees and mailing lists as quickly as possible.
CHESSA is a 501(c)(6). A signed W-9 and any additional information needed to register CHESSA as a vendor with your organization can be obtained from Jennie Patteson at jennie@chessa.org.
