James Feinstein

James is the Vice President, Policy for Perch Energy/Arcadia Power. Over the past five years, he has played a key role in shaping state and federal clean energy policy, successfully advocating for legislation and regulatory changes to support the industry. James previously worked on energy and environmental policy in the Obama Administration at the International Development Finance Corporation (formerly OPIC) and for U.S. Senators Tim Johnson and Heidi Heitkamp. He maintains close working relationships with legislators, commissioners, and regulatory staff throughout the DMV, particularly in Maryland, where he regularly engages with the Public Service Commission and the Maryland Energy Administration. He brings deep experience in clean energy policy and a strong commitment to advancing solar and storage throughout the region.
