Kaitlin Kelly O’Neill

Kaitlin is the Director of Policy for ECA Solar, a national distributed renewable energy developer. She leads government affairs, regulatory and legislative strategy for the company. Prior to joining ECA Solar in 2022, Kaitlin was the Northeast Director for the Coalition for Community Solar Access, and prior to that she worked for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts for over a decade, including seven years at the Department of Energy Resources helping to create, implement and administer solar incentive programs. Kaitlin is the graduate of the University of Connecticut and received her masters in Urban and Environmental Policy and Planning from Tufts University. She lives in Boston, MA with her husband and daughter.
