Robin K. Dutta

Robin K. Dutta is the Executive Director of CHESSA. He has been in this role since 2023, and has worked in solar and storage policy since 2013. He has led coalitions to pass bills in various states, including Maryland, Massachusetts and Connecticut, has worked on solar program implementation in numerous east coast states, and was part of the broad coalition working to pass the Inflation Reduction Act. Robin has worked previously at Skyline Innovations and SunPower Corporation, and is also a proud former board member of CHESSA (2015-21).
