Scott Elias

As Vice President of Policy and Market Development, Scott Elias leads CleanCapital’s public policy engagement, overseeing internal and external responses to federal and state legislative and regulatory policy changes in CleanCapital’s target markets. Prior to CleanCapital, Scott was Director of Mid-Atlantic State Affairs at the Solar Energy Industries Association, where he led SEIA’s legislative and regulatory engagement in the Mid-Atlantic region, with a particular focus on New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Maryland.He is a graduate of Wesleyan University, an alumni of the Clean Energy Leadership Institute, and currently resides in Washington, DC.
